Sean Broder

Sean Broder is completing his final semester at Binghamton University as an English Literature major, and is thrilled to begin an internship with Sounding Out! this spring. He’s from New Rochelle, New York and had become an Eagle Scout shortly before graduating High School in 2021. Sean has been employed at the Huguenot Yacht Club as the program administrator for two summer programs, where he helped manage various aspects of the camp, in addition to acting as the primary source of contact for the program. He’s greatly looking forward to new experience in the world of media, and hopes it will supplement his search for a career in the coming future. He has recently become involved in the BU radio station, WHRW.fm as a trained dj, in addition to the outdoors club, which seeks out various hiking activities in upstate New York. Sean has always had a great love for music although his capabilities with instruments is limited, and he also has been further expanding his taste in literature in recent times. He’s been able to find great value in the content produced by Sounding Out! after being introduced to the blog through the course instructed by Dr. Jennifer Stoever titled, How We Listen.
