Tim Anderson

TATim J. Anderson is an Associate Professor of Communication and Theatre Arts at Old Dominion University where he studies the multiple cultural and material practices that make music popular. He has published numerous book chapters, refereed journal articles, and two monographsMaking Easy Listening: Material Culture and Postwar American Recording (University of Minnesota Press, 2006) and Popular Music in a Digital Music Economy: Problems and Practices for an Emerging Service Industry (Routledge, 2014).
